Go to your inventory, right click the item you want to sell, then press "Get Rid". A message will pop up saying "Do you want to destroy this item 'Item Name'?", click yes. If the item has a value, it will sell. If a message does not pop up, then relog. (Tip: Supreme Synthesis Crystals give the most from selling, which is 3k.)
