Mana Cost of Battle Mage techniques

So far, it seems like the magic power cost is EXTREMELY high, even with the good-ish damage and utility the Heavenly Wheel armor magics have. With the unique workings of the class, I would recommend using a "% of or X amount" cost system for Armor magics instead of the current one.

For example, the first HWA technique could cost "3% or 2,500" mana, whichever would be lower at the moment.

**Just a suggestion ofc, currently not 50+ nor do I have a mana regen passive, may rescind this if other factors nullify the need.
